Eid Recap

All right! It's another day, sun shining and birds chirping. Today is actually the last official day of Eid al-Adha which started on Tuesday.
It was mostly uneventful due to the fact that everyone had school and there was no time to do many fun things. We did however have an eventful first day: praying Eid prayer at a baseball stadium and hanging out near the beach, ending the night with chicken and waffles.

When Eid lands on a day in the middle of the week, Eid is extended to almost a month. You gotta celebrate

But Wait THERE'S MORE! Today, being day 4 of Eid, we went to gorge ourselves on things that are probably loaded with sugar. --sugar crash has yet to come-- I know it wasn't smart or healthy, but hey, it's Eid! We had boba and lots of pastries: we ATE THEM ALL. ALHAMDULILAH. hehe

Note: This post was published late lol. The first day of Eid was Tuesday October 15 and officially lasts 4 days. If you want to check out what Eid is like in America, check out one of our earlier videos. Click here
