SHRED Diet. 6 week program. :D

This is the program I've been following and I'm almost done.
When I finish I would like to do another cycle of the diet lifestyle change.
I'm aaaaaaaalmost halfway to my weight goal.
And I'm never going back. inshAllah of course.
I like feeling lighter, healthier, smarter haha.
